Resources available strictly to youth and/or teens who have been trafficked or are at-risk of being trafficked. Most resources are local to the Ottawa community.
The Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa (CAS)
CASO is non-profit community organization funded by the government of Ontario, legally mandated to protect children and youth from abuse and neglect. CASO investigates situations in which a child or youth may be in need of protection. For children and youth in care where HT has been identified, CAS has established an internal wrap-around approach that involves police, parents, the youth and their worker.

Voice Found
Voice Found is a Canadian charitable organization committed to preventing child sex abuse and commercial sexual exploitation, educating and raising public awareness, supporting workers, meeting with individuals who need help either at their office or in the community for a needs assessment.

Youth In Transition Worker Program - Youturn Youth Support Services
To support youth in their successful transition out of the child welfare system into adulthood. The youth in transition worker helps youth to develop and pursue their goals, and supports them to identify, access, and navigate adult service systems relevant to their specific needs. They support youth to connect to existing supports and resources within their communities.

Mind Space
Mind Space offers free, confidential, virtual counselling and peer support for youth and young adults ages 13–24, as well as for parents and caregivers, impacted by sexual exploitation, human trafficking, and related trauma.
